About Us
In 2017, Mon Espace Atelier inaugurated its innovative workshop rental project in Saint-Jérôme. Due to its increasing popularity among a community of entrepreneurs from different backgrounds, a second phase was launched a year later. Ideally located, in the heart of the industrial park, close to Maisonneuve Boulevard and Highway 15, our two buildings have 46 units for rent (26 in phase 1, 20 in phase 2). These units can be configured and combined to meet your needs.

All expenses related to the building are integrated in the monthly rental cost of your workshop. We offer a “7 in 1” concept, which means that the costs related to the basic space, common expenses, energy costs, municipal occupancy permit, signage service, design and interior layout service, including realization, and financing service, available under certain conditions, are included. By reducing paperwork, we want to make your life easier and allow you to focus on the success of your business.
