Vaudreuil phase 2: it’s now a reality!

 We are pleased to announce that the construction of phase 2 of Mon Espace Atelier Vaudreuil, in the west end of Montreal, is now completed. Our new tenants have access to their premises since November. Good news: there are still a few workshops and offices to rent!

Our phase 1, launched at the beginning of 2020, was a great success and we are more motivated than ever to continue this happy collaboration with the business people of Vaudreuil and the surrounding area.

 A strategic location

 Our new building is located at 180 Joseph-Carrier Street, in Vaudreuil, on the site next to our first complex of workshops and offices to rent. Our tenants have all the advantages of this location: proximity to highways 30 and 40, easy access for their suppliers and clients, and incomparable visibility.

In all, the Vaudreuil phase 2 project has 33 industrial and commercial service spaces, including ten offices that can be arranged and modulated according to the needs and specificities of each business. The surface area of the spaces to rent varies from 289 to 1,977 square feet.

 Our tenants include professionals, self-employed workers, artisans and entrepreneurs working in various sectors of activity. Wendy Boys (CPA) and Alan Stevenson, (Stevenson Insurance) are among those who have chosen to establish their office in Mon Espace Atelier Vaudreuil.

The Mon Espace Atelier concept is specially designed to meet the evolutive needs of companies. The all-inclusive formula is also very advantageous. Since common expenses and energy costs associated with the building are included in the monthly rental cost, our tenants can focus on the essential: the success of their business.
